What We Delete

After a verified deletion request or platform disconnect, Cultural IP deletes active connected-platform tokens and platform-derived source metadata from active systems within the timelines stated in the Privacy Policy. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, dispute resolution, backups, or audit logs.

Disconnect A Platform

1. Sign in to Cultural IP.
2. Open Account or Platforms.
3. Disconnect the platform you no longer want Cultural IP to access.
4. You can also revoke access directly from the connected platform's account settings.

Delete Your Account

1. Sign in to Cultural IP.
2. Open Account.
3. Use Delete account and follow the confirmation prompt.
4. This removes active account data and connected-source records, subject to the retention exceptions in the Privacy Policy.

Email A Deletion Request

1. Email CIP@CulturalIP.World from the email address associated with your Cultural IP account.
2. Include the platform or account data you want deleted.
3. If you are requesting Meta, Instagram, Facebook Pages, or Threads deletion, include the platform name and connected account username or page name if available.
4. We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account.
