Cultural IP

Cultural IP helps creators, founders, and teams keep the story behind their work organized. Bring together files, posts, project notes, and platform records, then use them to understand what you have, where it came from, and what may need legal review before you share, license, or protect it.

What It Helps You Do

Creative work often lives across cloud folders, repos, posts, videos, notes, and exports. Cultural IP gives you one workspace to gather that material and turn it into a clearer record of your intellectual property.

  • Keep creative files, platform posts, notes, and references in one place.
  • See which pieces may relate to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or patent planning.
  • Spot missing ownership, history, or usage details before you share or license work.

Ways To Bring Work In

  • Google Drive, Dropbox, GitHub, YouTube, SoundCloud, and Notion can help fill in your workspace faster.
  • File Upload and Substack are available for work that is already exported or published.
  • Canva support is prepared and waiting on Canva's final review before broader use.

When You Connect Google

Cultural IP only asks for Google access when you choose to connect Google Drive or YouTube. That information is used to show your own source records inside your Cultural IP workspace.

  • From Google Drive, Cultural IP reads file names, file types, folder details, dates, and file identifiers so you can recognize and organize your materials.
  • From YouTube, Cultural IP reads channel and video details such as titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and publish dates so creator media can be documented in your workspace.

You Stay In Control

  • Cultural IP does not ask to edit, delete, or change your Google Drive or YouTube account.
  • Cultural IP does not sell your Google data or package it as a separate data product.
  • You can disconnect a platform, revoke access with the provider, or request deletion at any time.

Privacy

Connected accounts and uploaded files are covered by the Privacy Policy. It explains what Cultural IP collects, how it is used, and how to request deletion.
